Returns & Exchanges

At Tyler McGillivary, we want you to love your unique pieces, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you; please note a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
